Good 2009!

Finally 2009!

2008 was ok at first until some evil person came... haha... thank god everything is OVER!!

Beginning of 2008, it was all drinking, having fun, working hard... i thought i found a long lasting job... it COULD HAVE been if things dun change so drastically... but nevertheless.... Im blessed with Baby Julius in Aug 2008.. 4 more months to go till we get to see bb ju ju....

Not only will i be having a new love of my life in 2009, i will be gg to HK! Now, we have to plan how we are gg to tell our parents.. hahaha... Dr Ang say ok de wor... but u know la... old pple are diff...

From what i see now, for the first half of 2009, i would be a SAHMTB (Stay-At-Home-Mom-To-Be)... haha... EDD for Julius' Arrival is 2 May, but we should be expecting him to arrival ANYTIME in April... then confinement + time to look for jobs... I think when i step into the working society, it will be in july (latest)...

I pray hard that by the time more jobs in the market for pple to grab... My bb will be healthy = no headaches on hospital bills... I will become a pretty mommy after delivery!! haha...

Which also means.. tougher to drink till drunk cause i gotta BF (breast feed)... Cant party till i MIA.. haha...

Oh ya.. i hope bb ju is kuai kuai... so my PILs wont have conflicts with me.. haha.. knowing my character, i want means want... the most, i bring bb go boat quay lor.. drink outside.. hahaha!!! *bish*

A better year, a better life...!!

What's Happening to Bb and Mommy??

I have been reading up constantly on bb's progress.. Since gynae check up on 15th, i can feel a big leap in the growth of Bb Julius... how i know? Last time, i jus need to find the side that his not positioned at... now? I sleep left, he kicks me (machiam i pinning down him legs).. i sleep right, he punches/pushes me... faint.. Lie flat? the gravity will make him swim here and there to find his best position... thats when i know his alr all arnd my tummy...

Normally, by 7-8, he will stop moving to rest... then watch little nonya, he will watch with me... then by 10+, he will stop moving again, about 12+am (when i am gg to sleep...) he will disturb me... faint... i cant sleep now! damn....

Below are some interesting facts abt me and bb! I'm listing those that i am experiencing myself now... :)

• Thicker, more lustrous hair You're not actually growing more hair, just losing less than normal. During pregnancy, your body sheds hair much more slowly than it did before.

• Increased body hair Sex hormones known as androgens can cause new hair to sprout. Stray hairs can also pop up on your belly, arms, legs, and back. (and its happening to my belly!.. not those very kua zhang one la.. but u can see them liao.. haha... i was still asking Alvin the other day about it...)

• Faster-growing fingernails Your fingernails may grow more quickly than usual, and you may notice changes in texture. Some women's nails get harder, while others' get softer or more brittle.

• Larger feet Your feet may go up half a shoe size or more. Lax ligaments may make your feet spread a bit — permanently. Swelling can make your shoes feel tight as well, although it will go away after delivery. What to do: Buy comfortable shoes to accommodate your growing feet.

• Skin discolorations Increased melanin can cause splotchy patches of darkened skin on your face arms. These pigment changes may become intensified if you spend time in the sun. (a bit only la...)

Check out your rings. It's common to have some swelling in your fingers as your pregnancy progresses. If your rings are feeling the least bit snug, do yourself a favor and take them off now before it's too late (I experienced this months ago liao.. :( )

After saying and planning for so long, i decided to go HK once this is in! I foresee many obstacles if we go when Julius baby is arnd... Moreover, i can go find Bb Julius clothes ma... (excuses...)

If everything goes on smoothly, HK shall be from 23 Feb 09 - 28 Feb 09! Last day, we will go Macau! If time permits... Zhuhai too!!

Staying back at Metropark Mongkok, the other time ping booked that place for oc trip de... convenient place.. For Macau, will be staying at Venetian (casino hotel).. You know hor.. one night at Macau = 4 nights at HK!! haha.. but i thought alvin seldom go holiday, shud let him see more things lor..

I almost planned the entire trip liao.. haha.. i keep saying i wanna go, but always got things happen :(

I hope this time, we can go successfully... :)

Busy December

Haha.. cant believe it... Xmas is coming soon..

Went for the check up yesterday... its a normal baby boy! could see the little birdy.. hee...

The doc scanned for the brain, the 4 chambers at the heart, the kidney, bladder, toes and fingers... and when doc first scanned baby, he was playing with my belly button!! even the doc also laughed... then the moment he knows we are checking him out... he curled up, damn shy!

In the evening, we went to my gynae place, he say he will give me a 3d scan whenever bb is giving us a good view in the next few mths... cant wait to see this cheeky bb's face...

Was thinking of naming him "Julius"... how how? ok ma?

Any cool names to suggest...?

I think everyday i will stone one corner... hahaha... i like to cross stitch.. but now preg, cannot cross stitch.. knitting.. lagi jia lat cause weather alr so hot, make for who to wear??

feel like mj, but just now i go down stairs buy coke, i almost melt... hmm... i need to go donate clothes to the children's home... maybe i get it done next week, shun pian bring my niece and nephew there to see how fortunate they are wor... shun pian ask them donate their clothes to them... hee...

meeting fang on monday for lunch!! hahaha... if possible, i dun mind gg taka to see the burberry clothes that my sis in law's sis in law offered to give me disc!! hahaha... den i plan to buy a baby bag for alvin... okok.. now, i got things to do liao.. surf for bb bag for alvin!! since his the one carrying ALL the time, i shudnt get a chii-nnaa one for him...

oh ya, i went online to do shopping for baby clothes.. got someone doing a spree... damn cute... i bought one that says.. "im cute, my grandma's cuter" hahahaha... and and.. "please control yourself, pinching refrained" haha... shall show u the pics when it arrives..! and its cheap wor... usd3.99 x 1.5 = s$6.. ok right? romper wor...

pple who know me shud know i like to buy shirts with funny text... hee... and my bb too!! but i buy mostly white.. just in case when i go hospital check up, they tell me its gal... hahaha... (JUS IN CASE)

TEMPERATURE INCREASING!

issit me.. or the weather? i am damn bloody hot everyday... i have been showering with cold water everyday.. last week, i showered with ice cubes... hahahaha... damn hot can???

and now.. its raining!! wa lan.. damn shiok.. i went to shower with cold water again...
